Goal
Eliminate UI modes that can hide new orders.

Steps
1) Check for active filters:

• Station filter (only “Make Line 1”, only “Expo”, etc.)
• Order status filter (show only “In Progress”, etc.)
• Time window filter (show last X minutes)
  2) Exit any special modes:
• Training / demo mode
• “Paused” station mode
• “History” / “Completed” view stuck
  3) Close any modal dialogs that may be blocking refresh (even if minimized).
  4) If the KDS supports a “Refresh / Reload” button, run it once.
  5) If orders still don’t appear → proceed to P-000121-03.

Pass/Fail

• PASS: New orders appear after clearing modes/filters.
• FAIL: Still stuck → deeper restart needed.
