Goal
Verify the freeze correlates with a power loss, sleep, or resume event.
Steps
1) Ask staff whether there was:
- Power outage
- Breaker trip
- Display sleep / wake
- Manual unplug / replug
2) Check system uptime if visible.
3) Confirm whether other KDS stations were affected.
4) If only one station froze after resume → continue to P-000122-02.
5) If all stations froze → skip to P-000122-04.
Pass/Fail
- PASS: Clear power/resume correlation.
- FAIL: No power event → treat as different freeze Trouble.
