Goal
Eliminate OS-level idle behavior interfering with the KDS feed.

Steps
1) Check KDS device settings for:

• Screen dimming
• Sleep
• Power save
  2) Disable any deep idle or sleep modes.
  3) Ensure display sleep does NOT suspend the app.
  4) Retest after a controlled idle period.
  5) If still failing → proceed to P-000127-04.

Notes

• Display sleep should never suspend the KDS process.
