Goal
Detect clock-related trigger.
Steps
1) Ask staff whether any of the following occurred:
- DST change
- Manual clock fix
- Power outage / sleep / resume
2) Note timing relative to when timers broke.
3) If any time/power event occurred → proceed to P-000129-03.
4) If none → proceed anyway (cache reset still required).
Notes
- Timers depend heavily on clock continuity.
