Goal
Reset timer scheduler and cached start times.

Steps
1) Exit KDS application cleanly.
2) Wait 10 seconds.
3) Relaunch KDS application.
4) Observe:

• Timers restart and count normally
  5) If timers still wrong → proceed to P-000129-04.

Notes

• Restart forces recalculation from authoritative timestamps.
