Steps
1) Confirm all KDS stations are on identical versions/builds.
2) Check whether timer issues worsen during peak load.
3) If load-related:

• Reduce visible tiles
• Reduce animations
  4) Document:
• Order IDs affected
• Timer values observed
• System state when issue occurred
