P-000130-01 — Confirm Blank Screen While App Is Alive

Goal
Verify the issue is display/render-only, not a full KDS crash.

Steps
1) Observe indicators:

  • Audio alerts still playing?
  • Touch input beeps or reacts?
    2) If possible, attempt a blind bump gesture and listen for feedback.
    3) Confirm orders still arrive elsewhere.
    4) If app appears alive → proceed to P-000130-02.
    5) If app is fully dead → treat as KDS crash (different Trouble).

Pass/Fail

  • PASS: Display blank, app alive.
  • FAIL: App fully down.
