Goal
Verify the order vanished immediately after a partial bump or station step.
Steps
1) Ask staff:
- Which item or station step was bumped?
2) Identify whether: - Only one item was completed, OR
- One station (e.g., Prep → Make) advanced the order
3) Check whether the order still exists in: - POS / order recall
- Dispatch / order monitor
4) If order exists elsewhere but vanished on KDS → proceed to P-000131-02.
5) If order is gone everywhere → treat as upstream order-state issue.
Pass/Fail
- PASS: Order vanished only on KDS after partial completion.
- FAIL: Order removed system-wide.
