Goal
Determine whether routing logic removed the order prematurely.

Steps
1) Identify KDS configuration:

• Single station
• Multi-station (Prep → Make → Expo, etc.)
  2) Confirm expected behavior:
• Partial bump should move order, not remove it.
  3) Verify station assignments for the affected order type.
  4) If routing is misconfigured → correct and retest.
  5) If routing is correct → proceed to P-000131-03.

Notes

• This is common when a station is marked as “final” accidentally.
