Goal
Recover vanished order and clear UI state divergence.

Steps
1) Exit KDS application cleanly.
2) Wait 10 seconds.
3) Relaunch KDS application.
4) Observe whether the vanished order:

• Reappears in the correct stage, OR
• Is clearly marked completed
  5) If order does not reappear → proceed to P-000131-04.

Notes

• Restart pulls authoritative state from server.
