Prevent recurrence of mid-workflow order loss.
Steps
1) Confirm all KDS stations run identical versions/builds.
2) Check whether issue appears only during peak / rapid bumping.
3) If peak-only:
- Slow bump cadence slightly
- Reduce UI load where possible
4) Document: - Order ID affected
- Station where bump occurred
- Time and load conditions
