Goal
Verify that orders are consistently appearing on the wrong station or in the wrong sequence.
Steps
1) Identify a few affected orders.
2) Note:
- Order type (dine-in / delivery / kiosk / call center)
- Station where order appeared
- Station where order should appear
3) Check whether misrouting: - Affects all orders, or
- Only specific order types
4) If misrouting is consistent → proceed to P-000134-02.
5) If random → treat as transient state issue.
Pass/Fail
- PASS: Clear, repeatable misrouting pattern.
- FAIL: No consistent pattern.
