Prevent recurrence of routing and sequencing errors.

Steps
1) Confirm all KDS stations run identical versions/builds.
2) Review order-type → station mapping rules.
3) Check whether issue correlates with recent updates or config edits.
4) If needed:

• Reapply known-good routing configuration
  5) Document:
• Order IDs misrouted
• Stations involved
• Versions/builds
• Whether restart fixed the issue
