Goal
Ensure server sends a clean, authoritative snapshot.

Steps
1) Restart the KDS feed/service on the store server.
2) Allow all KDS stations to disconnect and reconnect.
3) Verify:

• Orders show correct state
• Timers align with reality
  4) If state drift persists → proceed to P-000140-04.

Escalation Trigger

• Incorrect state after full service restart indicates protocol or version issue.
