Goal
Determine whether dependent services were left running with stale state.

Steps
1) List services involved in KDS operation:

• KDS feed
• Order/state service
• Timer/metrics service
• Any caching or message broker components
  2) Identify which services were restarted and which were not.
  3) If KDS feed restarted alone → dependency mismatch likely.
  4) Proceed to P-000143-03.

Notes

• KDS feed often assumes dependent services are in a clean state.
