Goal
Ensure KDS clients rebuilt state from the new server baseline.

Steps
1) Restart KDS application on one station only.
2) Verify that station shows correct state.
3) Restart remaining stations.
4) Confirm all stations align.
5) If some stations still incorrect → proceed to P-000143-05.

• Different stations showing different states after clean restart.
