- Remove any duplicate or fallback mappings
3) Check application retry behavior
- Review logs for timeout or resend messages
- Identify network delays triggering retries
- Ensure retry logic does not resend print jobs blindly
4) Inspect printer buffer behavior
- Power-cycle printer to clear buffer
- Test printing again after restart
- Observe whether duplicates recur
5) Check print queue and spooler
- Open printer queue
- Ensure jobs are not stuck or retrying
- Restart Print Spooler if queue behaves unexpectedly
6) Verify network stability
- Check for packet loss or intermittent drops
- Test continuous ping to printer
- Resolve instability before retesting
