1) Verify ticket margin settings

  • Open POS / CSC ticket template configuration
  • Check top and bottom margin values
  • Increase margins slightly and retest

2) Confirm printer page length or form size

  • Open printer properties
  • Verify correct paper length or form size is selected
  • Avoid fixed page sizes that do not match roll length

3) Adjust auto-cut position

  • Access printer configuration menu
  • Adjust cut position if configurable
  • Ensure cut occurs after full ticket feed

4) Check driver default margins

  • Open Printing Preferences
  • Reset margins to default values
  • Disable any forced margins or offsets

5) Review firmware margin behavior

  • Check printer firmware documentation
  • Update firmware if margin handling is improved
  • Reboot printer after update

6) Test with sample tickets

  • Print multiple test tickets
  • Confirm header and footer print completely
  • Verify consistency across tickets

7) Escalation check

  • If clipping persists:
  • Capture sample output
  • Record margin and page size settings
  • Escalate to application or hardware support
