- Log into the store server as hds.
- Open the CUPS printer configuration.
- Verify the printer model and driver match the installed hardware.
- Confirm the printer emulation mode is correct (ESC/POS if applicable).
- Apply changes if needed.
Validation
- Print a simple test receipt
- Confirm text prints correctly without garbled characters
