Purpose:
Reset local application state on the Kitchen Display Screen.

Steps:

1. Exit the kitchen display application.
2. Reboot the Kitchen Display Screen.
3. Allow system to fully start.
4. Launch the kitchen display application.
5. Send one test order.
6. Confirm the order appears once and clears correctly.

Result:
Local screen state reset and duplication removed.
