Restore touch input by resetting application focus and bindings.

Steps:

1. Access the Kitchen Display Screen system interface.
2. Exit the kitchen display application.
3. Confirm the application is no longer running.
4. Relaunch the kitchen display application.
5. Attempt to interact with an order using touch.
6. Confirm touch input responds correctly.

Result:
Touch input restored at the application level.
