P-000075-02 — Clear and Re-sync Active Orders

Purpose:
Reset local order state and re-sync from the POS server.

Steps:

  1. Complete or clear all visible orders on the Kitchen Display.
  2. Exit the kitchen display application.
  3. Relaunch the application.
  4. Send one new test order from POS.
  5. Verify correct status progression.
  6. Confirm no stale orders reappear.

Result:
Order state reset and synchronized.
