Purpose:
Reset local order state and re-sync from the POS server.
Steps:
- Complete or clear all visible orders on the Kitchen Display.
- Exit the kitchen display application.
- Relaunch the application.
- Send one new test order from POS.
- Verify correct status progression.
- Confirm no stale orders reappear.
Result:
Order state reset and synchronized.
