Purpose:
Force the Kitchen Display Screen to reload and re-sort orders correctly.

Steps:

1. Go to the affected Kitchen Display Screen.
2. Exit the kitchen display application.
3. Relaunch the application.
4. Allow orders to reload fully.
5. Observe the displayed order sequence.
6. Confirm older orders appear before newer ones.

Result:
Order list re-sorted correctly.
