P-000080-04 — Restart Kitchen Display Process on POS Server

Purpose:
Clear message sequencing issues caused by reconnects or load.

Steps:

  1. Log in to the POS server using the operational profile.
  2. Identify the kitchen display process.
  3. Stop the process cleanly.
  4. Confirm the process has stopped.
  5. Restart the process.
  6. Return to the Kitchen Display Screen.
  7. Observe order sequence.
  8. Confirm correct ordering is maintained.

Result:
Server-side sequencing restored.
