Steps:

1. Complete or clear the affected order on the Kitchen Display.
2. Exit the kitchen display application.
3. Relaunch the application.
4. Re-send or create a test order with known quantities.
5. Confirm quantities display correctly.

Result:
Order display rebuilt with correct quantities.
