Steps:

1. Identify an order stuck “in progress” on Kitchen Display
2. Locate the same order in POS
3. Confirm POS shows order as completed or closed
4. Note completion timestamp

Expected Result:

• POS confirms order is completed

• POS remains the authoritative order state
