Purpose:
Determine whether Kitchen Display is receiving updates but not transitioning state.

Steps:

1. Observe stuck order for 30–60 seconds
2. Check whether timers advance or freeze
3. Confirm no visual state change occurs
4. Compare with newly arriving orders, if any

Expected Result:

• Order remains indefinitely “in progress”

Notes:

• Indicates state machine or event listener stall
