Purpose:
Determine severity and progression of lag.

Steps:

1. Observe delay between POS and Kitchen Display
2. Note approximate delay in seconds or minutes
3. Watch whether delay increases over time
4. Identify when Kitchen Display eventually catches up

Expected Result:

• Delay grows during sustained peak load

• Progressive lag indicates backlog accumulation
