Purpose:
Verify that older orders shown are not valid current orders.

Steps:

1. Identify an order on Kitchen Display from an earlier shift
2. Locate the same order number in POS
3. Confirm order is completed or closed
4. Check original order timestamp

Expected Result:

• POS shows order is not active

Notes:

• Confirms stale display state, not backend error
