Version: 1.0
Status: Initial Operational Framework Locked
Date: February 2026
Purpose
This site captures real-world operational failure modes observed across oneSystem environments, together with validated recovery procedures.
It exists to preserve field knowledge, reduce repeated diagnosis, and provide a stable reference during live operations.
Scope of Version 1
This version includes Trouble IDs T-000001 through T-000144.
Multiple operational domains are represented. The most recent deep normalization pass was completed on the Kitchen Display System (KDS).
KDS is not the scope of this site. It represents the last fully explored subsystem used to validate and lock the Trouble → Procedure framework.
What Version 1 Represents
- A locked Trouble → Procedure structure
- Consistent formatting and recovery patterns
- Operationally proven behaviors
- A stable baseline for future expansion
This version establishes the canonical structure. Future content will extend it, not rewrite it.
What This Is
- A canonical operational reference
- Built from real incidents and staff experience
- Designed for use during live support and recovery
- Human-readable under pressure
What This Is Not
- A finished or closed document
- A complete catalog of every subsystem
- A staff-editable surface
Reviewer Note (Randy)
This version is shared for review of:
- Conceptual correctness
- Coverage gaps
- Whether the Trouble framing reflects real operational behavior
Formatting polish, indexing, and staff intake mechanisms are intentionally deferred.
Forward Path
This site will evolve as new operational observations are recorded, reviewed, and promoted into formal Troubles and Procedures.
Version 1 serves as the foundation for that growth.
