- Avoid fixed page sizes that do not match roll length
3) Adjust auto-cut position
- Access printer configuration menu
- Adjust cut position if configurable
- Ensure cut occurs after full ticket feed
4) Check driver default margins
- Open Printing Preferences
- Reset margins to default values
- Disable any forced margins or offsets
5) Review firmware margin behavior
- Check printer firmware documentation
- Update firmware if margin handling is improved
- Reboot printer after update
6) Test with sample tickets
- Print multiple test tickets
- Confirm header and footer print completely
- Verify consistency across tickets
7) Escalation check
- If clipping persists:
- Capture sample output
- Record margin and page size settings
