P-000071-01 — Restart Kitchen Display Application

Purpose:
Restore live order updates to the Kitchen Display Screen.

Steps:

  1. Go to the affected Kitchen Display Screen.
  2. Exit the kitchen display application:
    • Use the on-screen exit option if available
    • Or press the configured exit key sequence.
  3. Return to the desktop or system menu.
  4. Relaunch the kitchen display application.
  5. Verify:
    • New test order appears
    • Existing orders update correctly
  6. Inform kitchen staff to confirm visibility.

Result:
Kitchen Display Screen resumes live order updates.
