Stabilize kitchen display operation during peak hours or collect data for deeper analysis.

Steps:

1. Assess current load:
   • Number of active orders
   • Peak period status
2. If possible, temporarily reduce load:
   • Pause order intake briefly
   • Route orders to alternate kitchen station or printer if available
3. Restart the kitchen display application during a low-activity window.
4. Monitor the Kitchen Display Screen for at least 10–15 minutes.
5. If issue recurs:
   • Record time of failure
   • Note order volume and peak conditions
6. Escalate with collected details for technical review.

Result:
Kitchen Display remains stable under load, or sufficient data is captured for resolution.

Close Condition:
If stable after mitigation, mark T-000071 resolved.
If recurring, flag for performance tuning or system upgrade review.
