Purpose:
Clear duplicated or replayed order events at the server level.
Steps:
- Log in to the POS server using the operational profile.
- Identify the kitchen display process.
- Stop the kitchen display process.
- Confirm the process is no longer running.
- Restart the kitchen display process.
- Return to the Kitchen Display Screen.
- Send one test order.
- Confirm only a single instance appears.
Result:
Server-side order queue is reset.
