Steps:
- Check system date and time on POS server.
- Check system date and time on Kitchen Display Screen.
- Confirm time zone matches.
- Correct any mismatch found.
- Restart kitchen display process if time was adjusted.
- Relaunch kitchen display application.
- Send one test order.
- Confirm no duplication occurs.
Result:
Order sequencing operates correctly.
