P-000072-04 — Verify Date, Time, and Sequence Alignment

Purpose:
Prevent order replay caused by time or sequence mismatch.

Steps:

  1. Check system date and time on POS server.
  2. Check system date and time on Kitchen Display Screen.
  3. Confirm time zone matches.
  4. Correct any mismatch found.
  5. Restart kitchen display process if time was adjusted.
  6. Relaunch kitchen display application.
  7. Send one test order.
  8. Confirm no duplication occurs.

Result:
Order sequencing operates correctly.
