Purpose:
Recover from application crash or unexpected exit.

Steps:

1. Access the Kitchen Display Screen system interface.
2. Confirm the kitchen display application is not running.
3. Launch the kitchen display application.
4. Observe for normal screen rendering.
5. Send one test order.
6. Confirm the order appears correctly.

Result:
Kitchen Display application resumes normal operation.
