P-000073-05 — Replace Display or Escalate for Hardware Service

Purpose:
Resolve persistent blank screen caused by failing hardware.

Steps:

  1. Connect a known-good monitor to the same source device.
  2. If display works on alternate monitor:
    • Mark original screen as faulty
  3. If display remains blank:
    • Escalate for deeper system or hardware diagnosis
  4. Document:
    • Time of failure
    • Duration
    • Any heat or flicker observed

Result:
Faulty hardware identified or escalation path initiated.

Close Condition:
If replacement resolves issue, mark T-000073 resolved.
If escalated, track under hardware service follow-up.
