Purpose:
Force the Kitchen Display Screen to reload current order status.
Steps:
- Go to the affected Kitchen Display Screen.
- Exit the kitchen display application.
- Relaunch the application.
- Allow all orders to reload.
- Compare order status with POS.
- Confirm statuses now match.
Result:
Kitchen Display shows refreshed and correct order states.
