P-000075-04 — Verify Date, Time, and Order Sequence

Purpose:
Prevent incorrect status caused by time or sequence mismatch.

Steps:

  1. Check system date and time on POS server.
  2. Check system date and time on Kitchen Display Screen.
  3. Confirm time zone matches.
  4. Correct any mismatch found.
  5. Restart kitchen display process if time was adjusted.
  6. Relaunch kitchen display application.
  7. Send one test order.
  8. Confirm status progresses correctly.

Result:
Order sequencing and status updates align.

If Not Resolved:
Proceed to P-000075-05.
