Purpose:
Reload station and category routing on the Kitchen Display Screen.

Steps:

1. Go to the affected Kitchen Display Screen.
2. Exit the kitchen display application.
3. Relaunch the application.
4. Allow configuration to reload fully.
5. Send one test order with known routing.
6. Confirm items appear on the correct station screen.

Result:
Kitchen Display reflects current routing configuration.
