P-000077-01 — Check Physical Network Connection at Kitchen Display

Purpose:
Eliminate intermittent disconnects caused by loose or failing cables.

Steps:

  1. Inspect the Ethernet cable at the Kitchen Display Screen.
  2. Reseat the cable firmly.
  3. Check the cable at the network switch.
  4. Confirm switch port lights are stable.
  5. Replace the cable with a known-good one if available.
  6. Monitor for reconnect events.

Result:
Stable physical network connection confirmed.

Proceed to P-000077-02.
