- Log in to the POS server using the operational profile.
- Check system date and time.
- Confirm the correct time zone is set.
- Correct any mismatch found.
- Restart the kitchen display process if time was adjusted.
- Return to the Kitchen Display Screen.
- Send a test order.
- Confirm correct order placement.
Result:
Server timestamps aligned for correct sequencing.
