Purpose:
Reload order data so modifiers and instructions are re-displayed.

Steps:

1. Exit the kitchen display application.
2. Confirm the application has closed.
3. Relaunch the application.
4. Allow all orders to reload.
5. Check an order with known modifiers.
6. Confirm modifiers now appear.

Result:
Modifiers and instructions visible after refresh.
