2. Choose a low-traffic time (e.g., overnight).
3. Monitor stability after restart cycle.
4. If freezes continue:
   • Note uptime duration
   • Note frequency
5. Escalate with collected data for application stability review.

Result:
Freeze prevented through maintenance or data collected.

Close Condition:
If stable, mark T-000085 resolved.
If recurring, flag for long-uptime stability investigation.
