Purpose:
Verify that orders are still being created and processed upstream.

Steps:

1. Place a test order from POS or Call Center
2. Confirm order appears in POS order list
3. Verify order prints or routes to other stations if applicable
4. Check order timestamp against current time

Expected Result:

• Orders are flowing correctly in backend systems

Notes:

• If backend is not receiving orders, stop and resolve upstream issue first
