Purpose:
Confirm the issue is UI refresh stall, not lack of orders.

Steps:

1. Observe Kitchen Display for 30–60 seconds
2. Check whether:
   • New orders appear
   • Existing orders change status
   • Timers or progress indicators move
3. Compare with POS order screen

Expected Result:

• POS shows activity, Kitchen Display does not update

Notes:

• Clock/header updating does NOT confirm order refresh loop is active
