Determine whether routing errors appeared after a reconnect.

Steps:

  1. Ask staff when misrouting was first noticed
  2. Confirm whether a network disconnect occurred
  3. Note whether misrouting appeared immediately after reconnect
  4. Observe whether newly arriving orders are affected

Expected Result:

  • Misrouting aligns with reconnect event
