Purpose:
Verify that the loading freeze is isolated to the Kitchen Display.

Steps:

  1. Observe Kitchen Display stuck on syncing/loading screen
  2. Check POS for active or new orders
  3. Confirm orders can be created and completed in POS
  4. Verify printers or other stations are functioning

Expected Result:

  • Backend systems operate normally
