Purpose:
Determine how historical orders replaced current ones.

Steps:

1. Observe orders displayed on Kitchen Display after reconnect
2. Check timestamps for earlier-in-day orders
3. Compare against POS active orders
4. Note whether current orders are missing or hidden

Expected Result:

• Historical orders appear while current orders are absent or reduced
