1. Schedule daily Kitchen Display restart off-hours
2. Monitor network stability
3. Restart display after reconnect anomalies
4. Escalate for order-window bounding review if recurring

Expected Result:

• Active orders remain visible across reconnects

• Reconnect must load active state before history
